This is a general overview of the schedule.  Variations may occur depending on a variety of circumstances.  Immersion programming may result in changes to the daily schedule.  This is provided in an effort to give potential participants a sense of what the time will look like.

Day 1 – Participants arrive in Windsor, a welcoming BBQ will be offered by Church of the Ascension followed by a playful exploration of generational differences

Day 2 – Conversation around the theology behind Respect Justice Camp, an example of collaboration from PWRDF, and the opportunity to explore other faith traditions to see how they use their faith to collaborate with and respect marginalized communities and ways we might seek to work together.

Day 3-5 – Immersion experiences

Day 6 – Report back on immersion experiences including developing prayers and questions to ask elected officials based on these experiences, questions will be posed to local elected officials, All Saints Windsor will host our ‘potluck’ dinner featuring food from the immersions and a closing Eucharist celebrated by Bishop Linda Nicholls, that will include prayers from the immersions.

Day 7 – Networking breakfast and travel home


Typical Day (note variations will occur depending on immersion programming and other circumstances):

Breakfast: 7:30-8:30am

Morning Prayer: 8:30am

Programming: 9am – Noon (a mid-morning break will be provided)

Lunch: 12:30-1:30pm

Afternoon programming: 1:30-5:00pm (a mid-afternoon break will be provided)

Dinner: 5:30pm

Evening activities: 6:30-9:00pm

Compline (Evening Prayer): 9:00pm
